Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Hours Available: Monday-Friday [7:30am – 4:00pm], Flexibility Required.

The Plant Manager leads a dedicated team to carry out the mission of the organization.   In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of the plant, including setting goals and priorities for the organization.

As Plant Manager you also monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of production and performance. You oversee assembly, workshops and the physical plant and grounds. You develop and oversee inventory control processes as well as machine maintenance and repair.

Actively participate in agency committees as a member of the leadership team at Mountain Lake Services.  

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

A minimum of five years’ experience in woodworking, machine set up and operation required.  Five years of experience in a production setting.  Thorough knowledge of all aspects of production and manufacturing operations.  Three years of supervisory experience in a related environment.  Experience with building and grounds maintenance preferred.
