Mountain Lake Services seeks an Assistant Director for the Willsboro Area as well as one for Crown Point / Ticonderoga. Responsibilities include providing supervision and leadership in the overall operation of Residences and Services. Work with the
Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations. Coordinate efforts with managers, staff and
individuals receiving services. Provide administrative support in the absence of the Director. Ensure
compliance with regulation and internal policies. Skills in supervision and management required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required, Masters preferred. Experience providing
services to people with I/DD. Salary Range: $64,000-$68,000
