Position Summary:
Dining Team Lead will supervise dining hall servers, line servers, and dish room employees. This position is also responsible for ensuring set up of our Mountain View Grille events, as well as conference set up needs surrounding weddings, banquets, and other special events, are met and executed in a timely, professional manner.
The satisfactory performance of the Dining Team Lead will result in the sound administration of the food service program through the demonstration of safe, purposeful, well coordinated, high quality food service and great community relations. Effective supervision, and training of staff and volunteers, which results in a dynamic staff team. Leading a team that is focused on consistently providing excellent customer service to our guests, and staff while using Silver Bay's core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop or kneel for prolonged periods; must be physically able to access and navigate all areas of dining and catering services. Other physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time and to work in excessive heat, damp and cold, as required in association with the kitchen environment.
