Mountain Lake Services seeks an energetic, committed professional to work as an itinerant Special Education and/or Speech-Language therapy provider in our Early Childhood Intervention Program in Essex County. Responsibilities include working with a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement service plans for children from birth to 5 years old. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are necessary.

Requirements: Either NYS Special Education Teacher w/Birth-Preschool Certification or NYS licensed Speech Language Pathologist w/TSHH certification and CCC’s required as well as a valid NYS driver's license. Experience with young children and families as well as comfort with computers is preferred. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills are instrumental. Ability to work collaboratively with staff is essential.

Location: Port Henry, NY, with frequent work-related travel throughout Essex County.
A competitive salary commensurate with education and experience and an excellent fringe benefit package are offered. Salary Range $65,000-$70,000 for FTW, part time schedule also available.
