The Senior Manager will supervise the overall operation of the Residences and Services under the direction of the Regional Director.  Utilize your coaching skills with the manager and assistant manager teams to increase the active participation of individuals receiving services. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.  At least three years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities including at least one year in a supervisory role is required.  Salary $28.54-$29.82
