We are offering a flexible schedule for all of our Residential Manager positions being offered in Essex County, NY. This position is a Salaried position with a pay rate set for $29.04 per hour.

What you get to do:

Actively participates in the development of person-centered supports and services for all. Provides support and oversight on individual goal progress and safety plans and ensures their implementation. Reviews daily program and billing documentation.

Performs annual staff evaluations to ensure staff training requirements are met.  Provide coaching, training, development, and feedback to the Direct Support Professionals under their supervision.

Assist with management duties and tasks throughout the region in the absence of other Managers at their assigned locations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service Field.  At least 2 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services. 

-Or-

High School Diploma with 5 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year supervisory experience required.
