HVAC TECHNICIAN- Full time HVAC Technician position in the Essex County area with
building and grounds department; primary responsibilities include installations, inspections, and
repairs in both residential and commercial applications, knowledge in residential type heating
systems and Freon based cooling systems including hot water and forced air systems. Work may
include general maintenance in plumbing and assistance in construction projects. Vehicle and
tools provided. High school diploma, 5 years HVAC experience and valid NYS drivers license
