About Us: For over 35 years, North Country Home Services has been offering exceptional care to the residents of upstate New York. Summary of Position: Home Care Workers provide personal care and health related services to patients. They work in our client’s homes and assist them with: Personal Care Aide (PCA) Already have CNA experience? We have transition programs available! Base wage: $17.00 per hour **Sign-on bonus of $500.00 is available upon successful completion of specific milestones per company policy. Both Full-time and flexible scheduling positions are available. Travel reimbursement is available throughout the course of employment

Requirements: • High School Diploma / GED is preferred • Valid Driver’s License • Successful completion of a background check

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (April through October)
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (November through March)
9:00 AM – Noon Saturdays, Memorial Day through Labor Day
