Marina Assistant Manager

Join our Team!  Assistant Manager for our Lake George Marina. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk representative for boat rental and boat mechanical services
  • Store retail, customer services, rental reservation and shop service management
  • Oversee seasonal dock staff, daily boat checkout/check-in, rental fleet, management
  • Coordinate spring launch, fall winterization and winter boat service management
Required Qualifications:
  • Customer-service mindset with drive to exceed expectations and continually improve
  • Strong attention to detail, and accuracy, is organized and a continuous learner
  • Reliable, consistent team player, able to multi-task and rise to occasions as needed
Additional Qualifications:
  • Marina, Automotive, Rental Reservation, Retail, Mechanic Shop Desk experience. 
  • Computer skills in Point of Sale, Inventory, Mechanic Shop Service services
  • Microsoft Outlook Email, Spreadsheet Tools

Pay range based on experience $20-$35 and hour
