Immediate opening for a Full Time Office Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operation of a busy
construction office. Candidate must have prior office experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft
Office, especially Excel. Accounting experience is preferred. Responsibilities to include all aspects of
Payroll (both union and nonunion, sometimes 50+ employees), accounts payable and general office
duties. Pay starting at $20/hr.

9:00 AM – Noon Saturdays, Memorial Day through Labor Day
