Moving Between the Two Terrains

Materials will be provided by the gallery, but if you have a favorite pen, marker, or pencil please bring.
In this workshop we will allow our different senses to move between words and visual arts. Synesthesia happens when one sense –sight or small or sound- triggers another sense –an almost blending of senses that happens often in poetry and with the visual arts-and was I think quite common in our childhood.
In this workshop we will open the door to writers and artists traveling between two forms to get closer to an experience and see where we are led.
