The Chamber’s “After Business Mixers” provide a networking forum for Chamber Members,
area business people, and organizations. In addition, the networking events provide an
opportunity to showcase the host as well as promote the door prize sponsors. Networking and
connecting with other Chamber Members is a key component of Chamber membership and
marketing your business.
Chamber members, area businesses, and organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this
and all networking opportunities. Join the Chamber to connect with area businesses and
organizations, meet new people, and take advantage of the opportunity to hear from the hosts. In
addition, use this opportunity to keep the Chamber updated so they can assist you to the best of
their ability.
“The Ticonderoga Historical Society is pleased to bring back the tradition of hosting the
December After Business Mixer with the Chamber. We have been honored to do this over the
years as it helps us to showcase our Festival of Trees and support our very active area Chamber of
Commerce. The business community continues to show their support of the Hancock House and
Ticonderoga Historical Society. We are honored that we can take this opportunity at this special
time of the year to open the Hancock House and share our thanks with the community,” said Bill
Dolback, Ticonderoga Historical Society Board President.
The Hancock House is home to the Ticonderoga Historical Society. Founded in 1897 & chartered
in 1909, the Ticonderoga Historical Society advances the preservation & interpretation of history
through their collections, programs, & community outreach, preserving our past for our future.
The Historical Society makes area history an integral part of community life by connecting past
& present. The Hancock House is a museum, research library, and gift shop. They also plan and
host several events and programs throughout the year. The Ticonderoga Historical Society is a
not-for-profit organization.
The Hancock House will have four floors of the elegant mansion decorated for the holiday season
as part of their Festival of Trees. The trees will be on display through January 1, 2023. The theme
for this year’s Festival of Trees is “Christmas Around The World.” The Hancock House is open
