Range-of-motion exercises help keep your joints flexible and strong, reduce arthritis pain and joint stiffness, while working on balance and helping you feel better overall.
Tai Chi for Arthritis is an introductory class to Tai Chi for people with or without arthritis. This form consists of gentle stretches and relaxing movements specifically designed to alleviate some of the discomfort associated with arthritis as well as improve your general health.
These are free, ongoing classes for members of the Ticonderoga Area Senior Center sponsored by the Office for the Aging in Essex County.
People of all activity levels welcome. Talk to your doctor before you start any type of exercise program.

9:00 AM – Noon Saturdays, Memorial Day through Labor Day
