Join the Lower Adirondack Regional Center for History for their program The Brothers Howe. Three brothers emerged as a British military dynasty, but few of us link all f them to their significance to our national history through two wars--or their affection for America. Speaker Brian O'Connor presents tales of a distinguished family and how another family member, Caroline Howe, played a role in both their success & their ties to America.
