The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) and the Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership (TMSP) are pleased to announce the schedule of events for HalloweenFest from October 21st to October 31st , 2022. The traditional Halloween celebration has expanded in a number of ways and the committee is hoping 2023 will see the return of additional aspects.
Friday, October 21st
6:00-8:30 PM: Witches Dance Practice followed by Halloween Movie “The Witches” Watch as the Adirondack Witches Coven prepares for their Halloween parade then sit back, relax and enjoy a showing of the movie, “The Witches”. This event is behind Glens Falls National Bank at the local Farmers Market location. Refreshments will be available. Free event brought to you by Sun Community News, JP Waste, & Ticonderoga Elks Lodge. Rain location will be the Ticonderoga Elks Lodge.
7:00 PM: Haunted Hancock—Ticonderoga Historical Society
A look at the darker side of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain; and all that goes "bump" in the night!
Saturday, October 22nd
1:00 PM: Joseph DiDonna Magician—LaChute Hall, Ticonderoga Community Building
Join us for a Halloween themed Magic show! Free event brought to you by the Ticonderoga Festival Guild.
6:00-7:30 PM: Monster Mash Dance Party—Ticonderoga Elementary School

Saturday, October 29th
11:00 AM: Black Watch Memorial Library Children’s Program
Halloween Stories, Pumpkin Pie Playdough Fun Craft and Snacks. Free event brought to you by the Black Watch Memorial Library.
3:00-5:00 PM: Hague Trunk or Treat—Hague Community Center Parking Lot
FREE Trick or Treating! Free event brought to you by the Town of Hague.
6:30 – 8:30 PM: Pumpkin Walk & Campfire—Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park
Jack-O-Lanterns will be displayed around the park. Pumpkins donated by local Farmers are being carved
by local school children & community members. If you would like to carve a pumpkin for the event or
volunteer contact the Co-Op. Hot Cider & Treats will be available for purchase. Free event brought to you by the Ticonderoga Natural Foods Co-Op.
7:00-8:30 PM: Haunted Trail—Ticonderoga Elementary School Nature Trail
Children’s Trail 7:00-7:30 PM. Scary Trail 7:30-8:30PM. $3 kids 12 and under, $5 adults. Brought to you by the Ticonderoga Boy Scouts.
Sunday, October 30th
9:00 AM: Zombie Run—Ticonderoga Central School Track and Field
9:00 AM check in. Run a mile in a scary costume! $5 per runner. Medals will be awarded. Brought to you by the Ticonderoga Boy Scouts.
Monday, October 31st
3:00 – 5:00 PM: Trick or Treating—Downtown Ticonderoga & Area Businesses
Participate in this FREE event. Candy will be given out by participating businesses & Organizations, as well as at the Ticonderoga Community Building (compliments of the TMSP). The Adirondack Witches Coven will perform a fun filled Halloween dance at 4:30 down Montcalm Street. Montcalm Street will be closed from Sunshine Laundry to 1888 Building/Ticonderoga Heritage Museum, from just before 3:00 PM until 5:15 PM. No rain date. Happy Halloween. Come join the fun!
4:00 – 6:30 PM: Crown Point Trunk or Treating—Veterans Park
FREE trick or treating. Decorate your car or dress to hand out candy! Brought to you by the Town of Crown Point.
