Program: “the Last Days of John Brown”
Few figures in American History are as controversial as the abolitionist John Brown, who briefly called the Adirondacks home. Speaker John Warren,
founder and editor of the New York Almanack, has studied
and written extensively on Brown’s life and impact. A provocative and thoughtful program, to be sure.
Unless otherwise noted, all events are held outdoors (under a tent) at the Hancock House Museum and are free to attend, although donations are encouraged.
Reservations are encouraged, as space is limited. Please bring your own lawn chair.
Program dates and times are subject to change. All social-distancing guidelines will be enforced.
Changes are posted to Facebook and on the tihistory.org website whenever possible.
