Description
Join Ticonderoga Natural Foods Co-Op for their Charcuterie Class!
They will be hosting a charcuterie class led by professional Chef Mike Tighe.
Chef Mike will teach us the art of styling a board, pairing cheeses, meats and garnishes. He will provide a hands on learning experience while participants create their own charcuterie board.
Participants will leave with a new skill, their own masterpiece to take home and a discount coupon for co-op cheeses & charcuterie meats.
