DESCRIPTION:Teen and Youth Orchestra Concert by the Chamber of Music Center of New York\n\n\n\nWorks by Beethoven\, Florence Prince\, Batok and Haydn.\nConductor and Director of Orchestras: Sibylle Johner\n\nFounder and Artistic Director: Mary Jo Pagano\n\n \n\nAbout Chamber of Music Center:\n\nThe Chamber Music Center of New York was founded in 2012 by Artistic Director\, Mary Jo Pagano\, for the study of chamber music and chamber orchestras for young musicians ages 8 - 20.  Our students meet weekly for chamber music coachings and orchestra rehearsals.  They come from diverse backgrounds and make music together without barriers. Studying\, practicing\, and performing alongside one's peers generates empathy\, connections\, teamwork and forge lifelong friendships. Our students have gone on to prestigious universities and music conservatories and carry with them the lifelong lessons learned from studying classical music. AND they have fun along the way!
