DESCRIPTION:CATSWomen is a volunteer-led hiking group. This group of women - of all ages and abilities! - creates a safe and encouraging space for female hikers to become more confident in their outdoor adventuring.\n\n \n\nThe second season begins Thursday\, April 28th with a hike on one of CATS' newest trails - Broughton Ledges.\n\n \n\nHiking season goes until late Oct with hikes planned for every other week plus one Saturday a month.\n\n \n\nSpecial hikes planned this year include a hike with an introduction to map reading and compass use and a hike led by a noted author and expert on the flora\, fauna\, and ecology of our area.\n\n \n\nTrails to be hiked include Mt Inez\, Moxham Mt.\, Moose Mountain Pond\, First Brother\, Rooster Comb\, Wolf Pond\, Jay Mt. Lookout\, Giants Nubble\, and others to be announced.
