\n\n\;Wes serves as Managing Vice President for Pursuit\; a US Treasury Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). \;Wes has over 15 years&rsquo\; experience in the financial services industry including time as a financial advisor\, small business lender\, branch manager\, and business development officer. \;Wes has previously served on a number of nonprofit boards including The Leukemia Lymphoma Society\, The Downtown Albany BID\, and The Colonie Chamber of Commerce. He earned his master&rsquo\;s degree in 2003 from the University at Albany\, and is also a graduate of the Capital Chamber&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;Leadership Tech Valley&rdquo\; (2011) and the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber Leadership Institute (2017).

\n\nIn his current role with Pursuit his focus is managing the business development team and growing relationships with bankers\, nonprofits\, economic development agencies\, and community organizations in New York\, Pennsylvania\, New Jersey\, and Connecticut. \;His mission is to educate partners on programs offered by Pursuit so all businesses in the community have the access to capital needed to grow and succeed. \;

\n\nWes is a lifelong resident of New York&rsquo\;s Capital Region and resides in Guilderland with his family.
