DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, March 16th from 5:15PM to 7:00PM in the William Boyd Center dining room for a four course dinner! With dinner\, enjoy music by Bill Zito and Patricia McCarty!\n\n			\n\n			Whether you'd like to dine alone\, make it a date night\, or enjoy time with a party of up to 6 people\, the night will be one to remember. Enjoy a night out in a safe environment. The William Boyd Center has a state-of-the-art HVAC system and we are following all NYS guidelines including social distancing and mask wearing.\n\n			\n\n			The four course dinner menu is as follows:\n\n			\n\n			"A Taste of Ireland"\n\n			\n\n			Course One (Soup) - Colcannon- A Traditional Creamy Cabbage and Potato Soup garnished with Bacon and Crispy Fried Leeks\n\n			\n\n			Course Two (Salad) - Irish Pub Salad- Tender Bibb Lettuce with Hard-boiled Egg\, Pickled Beets and Green Beans\, Cherry Tomatoes\, Shaved Red Onion and a Tarragon and Mustard Vinaigrette\n\n			\n\n			Course Three (Entr e) - Pan Seared Bone In Pork Chop topped with an Irish Whiskey and Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce. Served with a Parsnip Mashed Potato and Guinness Root Vegetables\n\n			\n\n			Vegetarian Option: Hearty Vegetarian Irish Stew with Potatoes\, Carrots\, Parsnips and Turnips in a Rich Broth. Served in a Bread Bowl.\n\n			\n\n			Course Four (Dessert) - Irish Apple Cake topped with a Warm Whiskey and Custard Sauce\n\n			\n\n			Meals will be plated and served to you and your party while you enjoy your choice of beer\, wine\, or soft drinks. Though we encourage the purchasing of beer and wine tickets ahead of time to ensure prompt service and to reduce touch points\, we will have a cash bar at the event for $5.00 per beer or glass of wine if that option is preferred.
