About Us

Silver Bay YMCA is a 112-year old YMCA family retreat and conference center on shores of Lake George. They host conferences, family reunions, family vacations, weddings, and team building & leadership training on a 700-acre waterfront campus within the Adirondack Park of New York State. Silver Bay also hosts a Teen Center and After School Program for the local students.

Food Service Staff (Seasonal)

The Dining Hall is at the center of Silver Bay campus life. No- where on campus do so many guests and staff gather so frequently. Cheerful and clean food service areas with good food contribute significantly to the enjoyment of being at Silver Bay. The Dining Hall Staff has to ensure the best customer service values we can provide.

Food Service Utility (Full-Time)

The Utility Staff is responsible for washing pots, pans, flatware, glasses, and miscellaneous equipment used in the preparation of meals. The Utility Staff is also responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding grounds. This position also assists with processing orders, general food preparation and Dining Room cleaning.

Sailing Instructor (Seasonal)
