Mountain Lake Services is seeking an innovative and empathetic Director of Nursing to provide leadership to our Nursing team to ensure high quality nursing services in compliance with applicable regulations, laws and internal agency policies and procedures. The Nursing Department is based out of Port Henry, NY with services provided throughout Essex County, NY. This role has the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the agency strategic plan and lead agency initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is preferred. Must be a Licensed RN in New York State with three to five years of administrative and/or clinical/medical experience. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.  Must have a valid license and ability to drive in NYS.
