 Full-Time, In-Person, Ticonderoga, NY 

The Prevention Team, a mission-focused nonprofit serving Essex County, is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Operations Coordinator to be the right hand to our Executive Director. This is an exciting, in-person opportunity to grow with a team that’s building something bigger than ourselves - stronger communities, healthier youth, and lasting change! 

 

Position Overview: 

As the Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting 

leadership and agency-wide operations. This high-impact position involves a blend of 

executive support, internal coordination, data tracking, scheduling, and project execution. 

You’ll serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and collaborate closely with our dedicated administrative team.

  • Well versed in grant management, revenue cycles, data entry/reporting and compliance tracking.

  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion- help build systems that support effectiveness, impact, and long-term sustainability

  • Proactively identify what needs to get done—and make it happen

 

Key Responsibilities: 

•Provide direct support to the Executive Director and Finance-HR Coordinator, including scheduling and priority management 

•Coordinate internal program fidelity/operations related to NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports Prevention Bureau 

•Manage agency-wide administrative tasks and help streamline workflows

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or grant-funded setting 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and online data systems 

  • Demonstrated organizational, communication, and project management skills 

  • Commitment to excellence, problem-solving, and growth mindset
