The Ticonderoga Alumni Association is proud to announce the recipients of their 2014 awards.  The awards will be given in a special ceremony at the Best Western in Ticonderoga on Friday, July 25^th.  Receiving Distinguished Alumni Awards will be Allen Moore of Putnam, NY and Richard Strum of Ticonderoga.   Special Service Awards will be given to Grace Trombley and Edward Vosburg for their extensive service to our local community.  The Association’s newest award, the Friend of Ticonderoga High School Award, will be given to THS teacher Maria Bagneschi.  This award honors non-alumni who have made significant contributions to the Ticonderoga school community.  All previous award recipients have also been invited to attend and will be acknowledged at the ceremony.
 The event will begin at 5:00 PM with a hors d’oeuvres reception and followed by the awards ceremony beginning at 6:00.  This tenth annual event, which will take place in the Best Western’s banquet room, is open to the public.  The public, friends, and family of the awardees are encouraged to attend.
