Adirondack Torch Club member Dr. Christopher N. Breiseth will speak on ''The Planetary Mind.'' Chris is a historian and an expert on Franklin D. Roosevelt, Frances Perkins, and Abraham Lincoln. In this talk, Chris leaves his familiar scholarly territory to explore the ideas in Barbara Hand Clow's book Awakening the Planetary Mind: Beyond the Trauma of the Past to a New Era of Creativity (2012).
