The Art of Making Herbal Tea
Description
Learn the art of making herbal teas ~ for beverages, bathing and healing there’s nothing more enjoyable (and effective!) than a simple cup (or pot or tub!) of tea. Participants will learn the proper techniques for infusions, decoctions, compresses, steams, soaks and soothing baths ~ all made with healing and delicious herbs. Take-home tea blends, recipes and handouts are included. *Space is limited, enroll early
