ABOUT THE EVENT
Sushi Making Class at the Ticonderoga Food Co-op hosted by Award Winning Chef Jim Beatty
Join us for a fun and interactive evening of sushi making at the Ticonderoga Food Co-op! Under the guidance of Chef Jim Beaty, you’ll learn the techniques and tips to roll your own delicious sushi at home.
In this hands-on class, participants will prepare and enjoy a variety of rolls, including:
• California Roll – a fresh and flavorful classic
• Tempura Shrimp Roll – crispy shrimp wrapped with savory accompaniments
• Sweet Potato Roll – a delicious vegetarian favorite
