The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Literacy Volunteers of Essex/Franklin Counties will host an outreach night entitled "Community Awareness."  "This event will raise awareness of adult literacy education in our communities and across the nation," stated Maria Burke - Director of Literacay Volunteers. "Come find out what types of programs we offer, who we serve, and how you can turn a page in your neighbor's life by increasing their reading skills."  Light refreshments will be available for all those in attendance.  Literacy Volunteers will also have free giveaways.
