Description
The Black Watch Memorial Library will be holding its annual children's Halloween program on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 3:30pm. We will have a story, craft, games and snacks all related to Halloween. Children may pickup poster board at the Library to create their own witch prior to the program. Prizes will be awarded. This program is free and open to children of all ages.
