Description
All not for profit organizations, individuals who wish to apply for funding from the NYS Decentralization Grant Program are required to attend a seminar. Kathy Recchia, the DEC Grant Coordinator for the Adk Lakes Center for the Arts serving Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton Counties will present the seminar.
