Accident investigation is the process of determining the root causes of accidents, on-the-job injuries, property damage, and close calls in order to prevent them from occurring again. WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Topics that may be included in class:
- What was the employee doing at the time of the accident?
- Was the employee qualified to perform this operation?
- Were company procedures being followed?
- Were proper tools or equipment being used?
